The course provides a deep dive into the Execution Premium Process (XPP), based on the Kaplan-Norton strategy execution approach, arming trainees with the necessary skills, tools and foundations needed to clarify the strategy, drive performance, and optimise data for better decision-making. This approached is endorsed by Drs. Kaplan and Norton and is delivered by an experienced personnel in their framework.

Bio of the Trainer: Rocky Olonde

Strategy and Transformation Expert

Rocky Olonde is currently the Strategy and Transformation Manager at I&M Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Rocky was the Strategy Expert in the development of Sustainable cities in India for Thane and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporations.  He is a management consultant with over 7 years practical experience having worked for PwC and Palladium Group in doing strategic projects for over 30 clients globally. In addition, Rocky has been involved in advisory roles for foundations and investment hubs with a view to breeding future business leaders and improving financial literacy.

He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Finance degree and has pursued advanced training in Strategic Management through Kaplan and Norton’s Execution Premium Process from Harvard Business School.
