Personal Development Program – Seven Habits of Highly Effective People

For many years’ formal education has been the only source of development of human capacity. With the changing times it is said that the illiterate of the 21stCentury shall be men and women who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.

Not all individuals have grasped this reality and are stuck with knowledge, skills and mindsets that are no longer valid or viable in the new world. They depend on external parties and their organizations to provide them with the knowledge they need to be effective at work and life.

This session seeks to encourage a proactive and intrinsically motivated drive to improve oneself to keep ahead of the crowd and grow beyond one’s peers, increase personal effectiveness in life and work and satisfaction with life.
